01

Cancel anytime before renewal

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Unless a refund is approved, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.

02

Initial-purchase refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge. This window is intended for an initial evaluation of the service. We do not normally provide refunds for renewal charges, partial billing periods, or unused time after the initial 14-day period, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing or service error occurred.

03

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page and include the email address used at checkout, your Paddle transaction or invoice reference if available, the purchase date, and a brief reason for the request. We will review the request and, if approved, submit the refund through Paddle. Paddle may review the refund before it is completed and will issue the corresponding credit note or confirmation.

04

Trials, promotions, and chargebacks

Where a trial or promotion is offered, its duration, price after the trial, and billing frequency are shown before purchase. A trial must be cancelled before its stated end to avoid the first paid charge. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly; this does not limit your legal rights to contact your payment provider.

05

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that apply where you live. If those rights provide a more favorable outcome than this policy, they take precedence.
